Kelapa Gading Hotel

Central to everything that you need if you want to stay at Kelapa Gading. Will stay there again in future. Although house keeping took all my breakfast vouchers and binned them by mistake. Breakfast was poor. Poorly presented and not enough food available. Otherwise for the package price I cannot complain.

Clean Room

Nice clean and smells good hotel. It is worth the money for the budget hotel. Except, the room service took my dirty clothes and went ahead to do the laundry without permission. But they rectified the problem and gave me free laundry.

Bad Service, Not clean, Bad tasting food.

The hotel overall was a bit below satisfactory. They need to improve service. Towels given were tattered and obviously old. Toiletries in the toilet stink.Breakfast was just average but food tastes bad. Lobby had mosquitoes. Service was slow. Wanted to order food for dinner and was told the cafe was closed already and this was only 9:15 pm. Toilet wasnt cleaned properly and i had to call them up to refill the tissue. Service line to housekeeping was never answered

Clean, Decent Budget Hotel

Overall, the hotel is good, simple, decent, clean and quiet. It's good for the place to rest in the business trip. But for the location wise, there are some lacking like the minimart, restaurants, etc. As for the room, it's really comfort and clean, it's good for a recharge after the whole day of tiredness. But, if there is an addition of the fridge in the room, will be very nice as the hotel guests can store some drinks or fruits in the fridge. And also, there is something strange in the rooms in this hotel, the washing basin is outside the toilet, it should be inside the toilet and be part of it. So have to be careful when washing at the basin, in order not to make the floor wet outside.

BnB Jakarta Kelapa Gading

Small but functional rooms. Great value for the price! Rooms have air con and includes a decent breakfast. Mall of Indonesia is a 10 minute walk away and has many choices for restaurants. Need a taxi to get anywhere else around Jakarta.

Nice and clean rooms on a budget

Good for budget hotel. + Nice bed, clean rooms, suitable for people who is out all day and back for a good night sleep + No smoking rooms + Hotel has nice cafe with nice food - Their cafe closes at 930 pm, so no food at late hours of night. Hotel must access by car or cab, a bit of a walk (with many cars) to the main road/shops - which is a positive thing for my partner as it is quite further away from the hustle and bustle - Minimum hotel amenities. Hotel only provides all in one soap/shampoo. They also dont have hair dryer even for borrow from the housekeeping. - even though nice cafe, the outdoor area is full with mosquitos at night. So make sure you wear long pants/pajamas if you go down for evening snack

Very poor customer services and smoking hotel!

Very poor services from checked in till checked out. Never seen such a worst hotel in the world, even the dormitory staff services are better than them. Declared as nonsmoking hotel but seeing people smoked at guest room corridor , what a big liar hotel. This hotel should not granted for any customer as it will affect the other branches.

Good Budget Hotel, but....

The environment is quite comfortable. however we have a small room, pillows only provided 1, the phone is not working, and the entrance can not be opened wide, so we have to try hard in order to enter the room with all our luggage. But the wifi works well, the hotel staff are very friendly and helpfull to us. 1 again. The hotel location is close to the MOI not Mal Kelapa Gading.

一般的に、サービスに関する問題は解決できませんでした。 ただし、いくつか不足している点があります。 - 夕方1時半頃シンクが詰まり、設備が修理されるまで起きていなければなりませんでした。 ・排気がないので浴室の床が濡れます。 - バスルームにはアメニティを置く場所がありません。 ・トイレ内にジェットシャワーやハンドシャワースプレーは無く、小さなスプレーが付いているだけです。 ・タオルの縫い目の一部がほつれています。 ・浴室の排気管から異臭がする。 しかし、これらの欠点があるにもかかわらず、顧客からの苦情には迅速に対応していることは認めます。 ただし、解決する必要のある技術的な問題が数多くあります。 プールを付ければ快適性も確実に上がります。 料理の種類も豊富で、お手頃な価格のホテルです。 食べ物の価格は安く、ビュッフェで70K、子供用で40Kです。
