The staff was friendly and helpful.
The hot water in the showers gets cold after a while, probably because the building is old.
The lack of a shower curtain makes the toilets waterlogged.
There were no face towels, which was inconvenient.
Unsanitary as only bath towels were provided.
Sheets and bath towels soaked with dirt were also commonly provided.
They were well laundered, but they were also covered with hair, so they did not look good.

Convenient in Mega Kuningan

Publié le 24 déc. 2022 sur HotelsNice staff, good room. Had some issues with payment as they do not accept cash. Also minor issues when needing to extend our stay. They couldn't figure it out at the front desk, so we had to do it online. Kind of an annoying hassle when they should have been able to do it in person.
