STAY AWAY

I don't usually review properties, but in this case I feel it's my duty to share what I experienced. Check in took 1 hour as there's no check in desk, but you're supposed to contact an "agent" (some guy called Steven Gunawan) who asks you to deposit 500 ribu to his bank account in order to guide you through a treasure hunt to collect the keys of the room. Once we got the keys, the water in the shower was cold (you need to switch on something, but of course you have to figure it out yourself), the towels felt like plastic and didn't dry you (perhaps because new and never washed) and there were only 2 of them. There were also several ants in the bathroom. Pak Steven hasn't returned the deposit yet after 1 week despite promising to do so within 2 days. Property has a nice balcony and view, that earns 1 star instead of zero. STAY AWAY!

Thank you for your feedback, We normally do not received the bad review and response however, it is also my duty to explain to the others the actual fact.We have informed the guest in the application that we are doing a self check in hence we need the guest to contact us prior arriving at the property as we do not have the guest's contact number. Apparently the guest missed this out.Security Deposit is also required prior to check in. This is also already informed in the application. Apparently the guest missed this out.We conserved energy, hence we do not turn on the water heater, lights and air conditioner however the how to video to turn on all these is the the youtube video and just a scanned away to understand this and a chat away to ask this info. We gladly answer it. Apparently the guest also missed this out.Finally, we informed the guest to let us know the account to refund but the guest again didn't tell us for this account number to do the refund to and he believed that we can know his account number detail automatically when he transferred in to me. You and me know this is not true.Having said this, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenient that you may felt during your stay. Hopefully we have a chance to make it right the next time.Thank you
