Bedding not comfortable, toilet flooring wet unable to keep dry no drainage. Lift card system very difficult to operate , numerous others guest have problems too going up.

The good thing is that it is next to the mall. Plenty of food options. The worst thing is that my room was not that clean. A bit smelly bathroom and greasy trash cans, fridge etcetera.

The 1st room has cockroach, 2nd and room has ants.

Not the best of ibis

Day 1 : Asked for extra water bottles TWICW , nothing came .
Day 2 : Asked for wake up call . Never happened . Never ever before has this happened in a hotel .
Day 3 : Checked out & will never check-in again .
