Nice but ...

Bitten in the night by a mouse or something closer. Some of the rooms are too noisy, and also too old, and not so clean. We ask to change three times and the last one is perfect. Good staff, with a good sense of service.

We have passed your concern regarding the insect in the room, the noise, the room condition, and its cleanliness to the Department Heads concern for their follow up with their team for future improvement. Kindly inform you as well that for the time being our hotel is still successively reconstructing in all areas, including the guestrooms, bathrooms, and the facilities in each of the rooms for a freshly renovated improvement and for increasing more guests' satisfaction. A nice family hotel with good view

Big and clean rooms that keeps a good standard. Large beds, stable wifi, silent and good space for working or playing. A lot of activities for kids at all ages with a mini version of a in-house water park and a kids club that has VR games and a large activity room. Breakfast was good and had a lot of options. Staff always friendly and accomodating.

Stay here if you want to sleep with cockroaches!

Horrible stay! When we entered our room at night itbwas full of cockroaches everywhere, on the bed in our bags and in our shoes! Receptionist and hotel were aware of the issue butbwere taking chances with guests. Tge momnet i complained they moved us to the newly renovated floor. Even then the room still smelled like drainage and the smell was stronger in the toilet. Avoid this hotel no matter what. Didnt expect Mercure to become such a third rate hotel.
