Hotel 101 was a most enjoyable stay… great location attached to the Mall, lots of local food close by and central to all nearby markets and other places of interest… Service was outstanding… great shower… a most delightful stay

It’s a 2 star hotel disguised as a 4 star. Staff are rude and unhelpful to even the most basic requests; if you arrive early they refuse to let you use the facilities, any of them, the only thing they will allow you to do is pay and eat at the restaurant. And even that they make it seem like they’re doing you the biggest favour. The bedroom walls are paper-thin, you can literally hear people having a conversation in the next room. The pool and fitness area are an absolute joke. With a thousand other hotels in the area, you can certainly find better options.

In general, it’s a nice experience and the staff is friendly. However, a few things needed to be improved. There is a few stain on the bed sheet; the design of the tub and water tap in the toilet makes the water splashes to the body every time, no matter how small you turn on the tap; my room is the nearest room to the elevator, I can hear everyone talk while they are waiting for the elevator, the soundproofing needs to be improved.

Nice hotel, only a couple of things to improve, The TV does not work well with the service that they use and having to pay for parking each time you are picked up by a car or taxi is a bit annoying even though it is a minimal amount. Otherwise staff is great and the rooms are comfortable and clean.

First of all, never trust Expedia for a booking in Asia! This is a nice hotel, only three complaints. TV system really sucks, buffers and you have to restart constantly. Second bathroom is dark and has no exhaust fan. Third, you have to pay for a driver to pick you up and getting to the hotel is tough due to mall traffic.
