The staff made a mistake with my room charge, and I told them that I would settle when I was back from my business trip and gave them a time range. However, they still charged my credit card before that time. They simply used my credit card that I did not wish to use to settle the charge without my approval to do so. This is not acceptable.

Everything is good except the hotel room carpet is a bit smelly due to humid whether/ old.
