Excellent service oriented hotel that has amazing staff. Jashwant at the front security/Valet was extremely friendly and helpful in every way. I was here for one week and enjoyed every day. Thank you.

It was very disappointing that the swimming pool was closed. At the time of booking it was advertised this hotel has a pool, which is the only reason I booked it. Everyday was told that it would open the following day, we stayed there 7 nights, and the pool finally opened on the day we left the hotel- 2nd April

The staff work extremely hard & try their best to meet your needs. The property is beginning to look tired & some bathrooms smell terrible. The ladies washroom in the lobby area only has 1 functioning toilet. The swimming pool was not working. A minor improvement in the restaurant would be to have tea / coffee stirrers for guests or tea spoons. The restaurant staff were superb & a credit to the hotel. Would stay again next time

when I arrived at 3- the rooms were not ready, when it was written online that check in is at 12. The receptionist Malini wasn’t very polite as I’ve had the worst experience with her. You have to keep going downstairs as the keycard doesn’t seem to Work. I went to pay, and was told I’ve cleared d all. Then as I left was told to pay 1300 again. They don’t seem to know what’s been paid. Malini wasn’t even sorry for the hassle she caused. The rooms were not up to standard for a 4 star. Have proof of insects in my room and the floor dirty. I’m very disappointed and upset that I wasn’t provided with the standards. Santhosh and sanjani were the housekeeping staff and they were the only ones friendly and helpful. Unless you are desperate don’t stay in that hotel. It’s garbage
