Pictures on Expedia are deceiving.washrooms are dirty. Floors dirty. Tea kettles dirty. Bedding dirty. No view window. Some rooms doesn’t have windows. Out dated. Doesn’t look like as in pictures. They said they made some changes when asked about deceiving pictures. Stayed there in April of 2024.

We certainly understand the importance of cleanliness and comfort, which it seems we did not deliver on this occasion. Your feedback about the washrooms, floors, tea kettles, and bedding is concerning, and rest assured, it will be addressed immediately. We also understand your disappointment with the lack of view and window in some rooms, and outdated decor, which we'll be reviewing with our management team. In fact, changes have been made but it appears we have more work to do to ensure our guest photos reflect the current status of our rooms. Very clean room with spacious rooms

The hotel is very clean and maintained upto very good standards. Location is very good as it is about 10mins away from Jalandhar City Railway Station. It has a small pool for relaxation. The only issue we had was that we booked an executive room for 4 people and there was a restriction of wifi for 3 devices only per room and e had like 8 devices. We’ve travelled a lot but have never seen a restriction of devices especially for a hotel of this standard.

I came from Toronto and decided to stay here because of the location. Check in could’ve been much smoother if the girl at the desk was more understanding. After arguing with her I finally got the room key. The room didn’t look anything close to the pictures. It was clean, but small. There was a window and when I opened it I was disappointed to be looking at a wall. Who planned this? I repeatedly asked the reception to turn the fan on as it was unreasonably hot and I had a baby who couldn’t sleep. After about 4 calls, they told me it had to be turned on from downstairs and they were gonna do it. They didn’t. It wasn’t a good experience and I’m sure I will never come back here again. Only positive note I can leave is the food was great. Very delicious and authentic. The restaurant on the main floor was also very beautiful.

I called them and specifically requested that I needed one room with one extra bedding(instead of two beds) and they agreed. I checked in at 11pm I was tired but these people refused to let me check in; saying they’ll only provide two rooms.
