This is the third time we’ve stayed here, and unfortunately the worst. Upkeep has gone way downhill. The water slide was out of service and the hand rail to the hot tub is rusted and loose, a definite safety hazard. The entire hotel had a weird odor that was not there for prior trips. The tub drain was completely rusted. A used washcloth was hanging from the shower curtain when we arrived to the room. We really thought that with the change in ownership, things would be better. Unfortunately they were worse. The one bright side was the breakfast…very good and stayed open longer than advertised.

We have updated the exterior. When a hotel is sold out every night you cannot update the interior. During slow season we will be able to work on the enterior. As soon as the slide broke down we took the motor in for repair for that day. Breakdowns is out of our control. It is up and running now. and we have repaired the handrail. So this is an things will break but we repair them as soon as they are reported

As we checked in the guy at the front desk tells me they have no rooms available and did nothing else to accommodate us as it was nearly check in time. Some other employee was helpful and asked if we needed to check in and got us our 2 rooms minutes later, she was super helpful. The guy at the front desk was extremely rude and not accommodating to us as guests. Rooms were not super clean and water in sink smelt bad. Overall do not recommend.

Im sorry you took me as being rude. I did not have a room list of clean rooms. I went and found a clean room for you and called my assistant to check you in that is how she had a clean room minutes later

It took three tries to find a room that was serviceable. The shower was broken in the first. Some of the window blinds where actually missing in the second. And the thrird was better, but there was trash on the floor, only decaf coffee that was for a 4 cup machine and the room had a single cup unit. All in all, I would say look elsewhere.

So many negative things. The toilet seat in our room was completely broken. The bathtub was still dirty. The shower did not work. The carpet was dirty and even tore up in spots. The hallways smelled like cat pee. The pool area was very run down. My son grabbed the railing going in to the hot tub and it completely broke it was so rusted. The stairs leading up to the water slide were rusted as well. Also, the bartender in Tapps was extremely rude. I am not one to complain but this was highly unacceptable. Do better.
