Traffic noise was bad. Bathroom next to lobby was out of order. no elevator. Breakfast was good.

Dirty, smelled dirty, floor was dirty. Bathroom shower kept dripping all night long, we didn't even use the shower. Found old food on the floor and some wrappers to candy or other food. Mattress was lumpy, the couch was stained and dirty. No elevators so you had to carry everything up the stairs. Breakfast was ok.

Disappointing.
Publié le 29 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThey ran out of key cards so I didn't get one for my room. They had to let me into my room and when I left and came back, I had to have them let me back into my room again. The room wasn't very clean, and the breakfast was disappointing.

It was a very late checkin. Good thing they had availability though Expedia. Comment is that they use microfiber bedsheets that is too warm to use if you are a very hot person.
The room given was for the other able persons. Someone used it before me. Strong urine or animal scent was in the room, too. I was tired and too tired to argue to look for other available rooms.

The first room we checked into had been smoked in and there were cigarette burn marks on the carpet. The 2nd room had a bodily fluid blood like stain on the comforter. It was disgusting

We arrived later in the evening and were exhausted we just needed to get some sleep. No elevators. The carpet in our room was very worn and stained, but the bed looked clean and no bugs. I realized after we brought up our bags that the shampoo was half used…so I threw out the bottle. Then we noticed the tv kept cutting out…no a big deal, we were going to bed anyway. Went to the main floor to get some ice for the cooler and noticed that just outside the pool a portion of the ceiling had fallen in due to a water leak. So, they had put a bucket there, a caution sign, and didn’t even clean up the pile of ceilings tiles that had fallen down….ok, no worries, we weren’t using the pool anyway…so……Got back to the room, got into bed and noticed the dried bloody mucus on the side of the bed side table….yep, gross….but still exhausted, so we moved the table so that I didn’t accidentally touch it and got some sleep. Needless to say, we will not be staying at this hotel again.
