I’m glad we stayed one night and one night only. List of things we experienced in the 12 hours we were there. 1.Right outside the room there was a stain on the floor like someone threw up. 2.Check-in took extremely long. 3.Got in the room smelled like cigarettes. 4.I called downstairs saying the Samsung remote wasn’t working. They said they would call back. (They never did) I eventually remembered I had a USB-C charger for the iPad in my center console, which was the same type of charger for the Samsung remote for the TV. 5. I called the front desk asking for pillows. The individual said I had to come down and get them. I went downstairs to get them and they didn’t have any. I asked for three pillows being the pillows they had in the room we’re simply crap. I went back to my room and they brought back two pillows and the woman said oh you asked for three huh? She said give me a second, I’ll be right back. I ended up staying at the front door for about five minutes. No one ever showed up the whole night. 6. It’s now 4:25am. I’m just waiting for daylight so we can just leave this place. 7. We don’t even have the heat on and this room is extremely hot. 8. What’s with the multi granite walls in the bathroom? It’s like they ran out of grey and started putting pieces together. Looks absolutely horrible. Don’t stay in room 204.

Overall we liked it for its price ! We had suite 111 with 2 queens , the room is very large , full size refrigerator , 2 burner stove top , microwave, coffee , shower separate from Tub , heater worked well . We had issues with the soap , and shampoo Pumps , as they were full but Couldn’t get anything out of them so I had to use bar soap for my hair Which it turned out okay , but maybe bring some travel ones just in case . My main issue for suites 111 and 112 were that we didn’t get any WI-FI for some reason in that building, as you stepped out and goes towards the Lobby we got 5 bars but our Rooms NOTHING. Disappointment as we were there for wedding and couldn’t communicate from our Room . I would go again but get different room with better WiFi , but Staff were all friendly to possibly remedy the issue with the Provider. Enjoyed the visit though .

Staff was nice

The room was an executive suite with a separate bedroom and a kitchen. The problem with the kitchen was it barely had anything in it. A few pieces of silverware some plates, glasses, and cups. There were some pots and pans, but nothing to even cook eggs. There were no utensils. It made it very hard to do anything in the kitchen. They didn’t offer any paper towels or hand soap in the kitchen at all. We had to get extra hand towels just to dry our hands in the kitchen. There was nothing to wash out your dishes so we had to use a wash cloth from the bathroom. There was a dishwasher, however it was very noisy. There were no pods or liquid for the dishwasher. When we asked they brought them right up. I called a couple of days before I booked this place and was told the couch in the living room was a pull out but when we arrived I found out it wasn’t. I had to sleep all scrunched up. Nothing seemed very clean. The floors were dirty. They don’t come in every day to clean so it seems they could put a little more time and effort into cleaning the place. I told the front desk that they needed to have a talk with their housekeepers because they weren’t doing a very good job. The location is a bit out of the way. I would not have booked this if I would have known what was around it. The only things were a former hotel with plywood over every door and window. There were a couple of houses up the hill behind the hotel. Also a bunch of feral cats hanging around the boarded up hotel.
