The ice machine didnt work , the room had a coffee machine and coffee but not pot , so we werent able to make coffee

Television did not work, no phone in room, had to walk across parking lot to check in at a Super 8, there was a hole punched in the bathroom door, key card did not work correctly, no access to ice (had to go across street to other hotel to get it), no staff available at hotel including front desk, lightbulbs missing in lights but the beds were clean.

Towel rack in bathroom missing. Check in and out was at another hotel. Breakfast was minimal at best.

It seems ok, I just hope theirs so bed bugs, won’t know for 2 days from now if their is , bites don’t show up for 2 days after the sleep. If results are ok. Then it’s all good.

Breakfast options could be better. Can provide atleast 3 towels instead of 2 if the room is booked for three. Friendly staff.

Kids or adults work here
Publié le 13 juill. 2024 sur HotelsWalked in to check in and there were kids laying around watching TV and eating cereal. They were playing with Duct Tape and one girl had it over her mouth and 1eye. I was told by one child that I had to walk across the parking lot and check in at the Super 8. I didn’t book a room at the Super 8. There was no adult in the Econolodge front desk area. Just kids. After seeing the kids and no adult, laying all over the floor watching TV and eating, not the way to run a business.
