Additionally, there is a sauna (with an electric sauna stove), a separate WC, and a bathroom with two showers and a WC. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with two beds. The spacious upper floor has six beds. The apartment can be connected to the adjacent apartment (17219 Himos Alppinotko 6 A) if both sides are rented by the same tenant. There are two soundproof interconnecting doors on the ground floor between the apartments, which can be opened upon request in advance from the owner.

The spacious terrace includes a glazed area of 11 m². The open part of the terrace features a large seating area. Next to the glazed area is lounge furniture. There is also a spacious hydro massage bath available for rent on the terrace.

The cabin's large yard has an electric socket. The use of the socket for heating a car is included in the rental. If the socket is used for charging an electric car, an additional fee will be charged, which can be reserved at the time of booking through Lomarengas online store.
