Lots of household supplies laid on (dishwashing powder, soap, glad wrap, etc, etc) with new or near new mattresses (all super comfortable), ample pillows and cushions, couch, tv, good stove and oven, all rooms had sheer and blackout blinds, I could go on (e.g. outdoor shower great for sandy feet and kids after beach).
Felt well cared for and appreciated.
Would be hard to think of something that could have been done better.
Lovely quiet location just a short walk to ocean walking path, large park with playground and sporting facilities or local shops, and a short drive to patrolled beach.
Six adults and three chn under 12 unanimously enjoyed our stay.

Great house for family with young kids

Publié le 13 févr. 2022 sur HomeAwayWe really liked our stay at Jan Juc, the parks, beaches and locality were on point. The beds were great and just what we needed after a big day exploring. The living/dining was perfect for meal times and outside was great, nice and secure for the little kids. The house itself was a great size and made us feel secure as all the locks and doors were suitable to maintain safety while on holiday. The cooling in each room was amazing especially on the hotter nights. We will return.

Beach retreat in Jan Juc

The only "negative" was after a big Sat night wedding party we needed to rest but workmen came to do work on both Sun and Mon making a lot of noise on the roof and the side fence even though it was not emergency work. That was disappointing because the purpose of most holidays is to have a bit of r & r

Publié le 21 mars 2021 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful 4 days spent here in Jan Juc, the home was fantastic also catered for our pooch and had a great back yard for them as well as for young children. lots of spices and oils in the pantry, sugar salt and pepper etc.... We felt so at home here and was so close to all the main areas great walks to the park and Beach.
