Les villas sont superbe, mais peu de vaisselle pour cuisiner. mais excellent service de l'équipe.

Super endroit, près d'un secteur et d'une plage très chouette. Épicerie à deux pas du site, gym tout près ($), bon choix de restaurants à proximité. Ville à 15 minutes en bus (directement en face du site) ...Personnel vraiment professionnel et aimable en tout point. Vraiment adoré ma première visite dur l'île . Seul bémol Chambre de luxe un peu petite pour 3 adultes .

Alles lekker dichtbij op loopafstand. Enige minpunt was de slechte schoonmaak van de kamers en bij het zwembad

Beste MarvinBedankt voor de feedback en prettig te lezen dat het resort zo goed bevallen is. Ik bespreek straks meteen ook even de feedback met de schoonmaak dames. Dit is namelijk niet de service die we willen in Livingstone.

The price/quality ratio of the booked room is not correct. The room is way too small. The beds and pillows are bad. I had to get toilet paper from reception myself. My complains about the refrigerator not working properly were not addressed.

The room you had booked was a hotel room if you want to have more space on your next visit book an apartment or villa? I will check what happened with the fridge and why this was not repaired

Good stay, location. Staff unfriendly

Excellent location near Jan Thiel Beach and the nearby beach clubs. Breakfast options were decent as well. However, the reason for my lower rating is the staff—absolutely unfriendly, and outside check-in/check-out hours, it's impossible to find anyone. The staff at the hotel restaurant Don's, were even worse. On our first night, we chose to dine there, arriving with 40 minutes left before closing. We were greeted with cold, unfriendly attitudes. After waiting 30 minutes for our meals, a server finally came back to inform us that the kitchen had closed. Yes, we waited 30 minutes only to be told this. The cleaning service either, only occurs after 3 days.

I will address this within the Management to make sure that this does not happen anymore. The cleaning depends on the room type and for your type we do clean 1 every 3 days. But if you want some service or towels you can just request this via the QR code in the room our stay app.
