Maison très confortable, nous avons profité de l'immense galerie. C'était parfait. Équipement minimal dans la cuisine. Très beau paysagement, cactus, fleurs. Magnifique coucher de soleil.

Nice and relaxing stay
Publié le 27 août 2015 sur HotelsReally nice and cosy resort located in a splendid tropical garden with sea view. All facilities are near. 15 minutes by car from Willemstad. Almost everything perfect except the wifi which was not working properly! If you go to Curaçao defitely a place to recommend!

Fijn verblijf gehad op Papagayo Curaçao. Alles dichtbij. Prettige restaurants in de buurt. Lekker strandje.
Enige minpunt was dat de manager was vergeten de afgesproken en betaalde taxirit naar het vliegveld voor de terugreis te regelen. Hierdoor bijna onze terugvlucht gemist. Er werd een smoesje opgehangen dat er veel verkeer was, maar van de taxichauffeur die uiteindelijk kwam, begrepen we dat ie 5 minuten daarvoor gebeld was.

Amazing! Book it! Definitely a wow factor upon arrival. It is its own community with restaurants, gym and a supermarket. Rent a car and explore! Jan Thiel is just a minute walk away! We are definitely coming back!

I would never recommend this property. It did not look anything like the photos that were shown. There was no central AC and very hot if you weren’t in the bedrooms. The floors, walls, and doors were dirty. The pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The ocean view is a very limited ocean view that can only been seen from one small section of the porch. If you do plan on staying here just know all of the pictures are from the VIP suites and you will not be staying in one anything close to that if you don’t pay for the VIP suite.

Your comments regarding the cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities are concerning, and we will address these issues with our housekeeping and maintenance teams immediately.Regarding the AC, we understand how important this is for comfort, especially in a tropical climate. On our website, it is stated very clearly that our villas only have A/C in the bedrooms and that the living room features an open concept layout. In the pictures, you can even see the fans that are provided. Maybe the hotel is a better fit for you because the rooms are completely air-conditioned. We also want to clarify that we don't have VIP suites. Our property features 2- and 3-bedroom villas, as well as the Royal Suite and Presidential Suite, which are entirely different from the villas. We use photos of each specific villa type on our website, and while some layouts may slightly differ, these differences are minimal.Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. Beste resort in de omgeving van Jan Thiel. Uitstekende service, op loopafstand van het strand, en de huisjes zijn voorzien van luxe keuken, badkamer en grote veranda. Enige punt ter verbetering zijn de (harde) matrassen van de bedden en de WIFI verbinding.

Great Stay

The salt water infinity pool at the hotel was also a great feature. Really love that you can share all of the hotel amenities.
