Both check-in and check-out staff were exceptionally friendly. Check-in staff offered me an accessible room, which I greatly appreciated because I travel with my dog and I'm an older (70 yrs) woman. This is the second time I've stayed here, and I will definitely do so again.

I didn't like how the sheets were stained and how there was long black hairs all over the bath towels and the bed
