Very nice place to stay in Boquete

We had a great experience at La Residencia. The villa is modern and well decorated with beautiful gardens. The shared area is very large including a well stocked kitchen. The bedroom was spacious with very comfy beds. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would love to stay here again

Publié le 19 mars 2023 sur HotelsOne night there were people who were excessively noisy past the "quiet time." The mattress was old and not comfortable. The towel bar fell off the wall. Everyone has to remove their shoes and guests pile them in front of the door. Overall, the facility was more like a college dorm than a hotel.

Needs better cleaning, service, and maintenance

Dogs barking all night
Could be a nice stay if problems were addressed, but management and staff just don’t seem to care.
