I always like staying at this hotel rather i spend time in hot tube and pool or just relax with my love one in the room ive not had a bad experience here

When I arrived to check in there was no one at the front desk. Another visitor showed up said housekeeper had to check her in while on the phone with manager explaining how to do it. It took almost 30 minutes and calling corporate to get someone to front desk. The whole weekend while there I never once seen any staff except house keeping in the mornings. Definitely could use some updating also.

Sorry for the inconvenience but front desk left due to some emergency in her family and she came back with in an hour. In the mornings we have Breakfast attended who takes care Breakfast and Front Desk. She was not Housekeeper.

The pol and hot tub needed maintenance. The hot tub stunk like dirty wet clothes. No filter system in swimming pool. Very small pool

A good stay
Publié le 13 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe updates to this older building are very well done and effective. Our bed was very comfortable. Our room, the hallway, the lobby, and the breakfast area were very clean. All the staff were very pleasant.

The air handler didn't work properly, the bed was too stiff and the room had goup on the bathroom floor.

Unpleasant experience
Publié le 12 août 2024 sur HotelsAfter approximately ten minutes of being in the room we found fleas on multiple people in our party. We left immediately. Attempts to contact the hotel for a refund via Hotels.com messaging or by phone to the hotel directly have been unsuccessful for a refund.

We love this hotel! Everytime we are in the area we book this hotel. VERY CLEAN! VERY FRIENDLY! We definitely recommend this hotel!
