This lovely holiday home is perfect for a family or two couples. The spacious terrace with outdoor kitchen, barbecue and several seating areas offers plenty of space to have a nice meal together or relax after a dip in the private pool. Next to the pool there are several sunbeds for sunbathing or resting in the shade of one of the parasols. There is also an outdoor shower and for your convenience the toilet in one of the bathrooms can also be reached directly from the terrace. This holiday home is only 200m from the restaurant Casa Pepe, so you can just walk out the door for a cup of coffee, a delicious lunch or dinner.  In addition, there are several restaurants, a small supermarket and other facilities in the vicinity. The beautiful bays of La Baracca and La Granadella with pebble beaches and crystal clear water are about 10 minutes drive, to the Arenal sandy beach with its beautiful promenade, shops, bars and restaurants is about 12 minutes by car.
