Superbe séjour
Publié le 28 août 2022 sur HomeAwayNous avons passé un super séjour, l'emplacement est parfait, près du vieux port et de ces nombreux restaurants. La piscine ouverte toute la journée est idéale pour toute la famille.
L'appartement est agréable à vivre, tout ce qu il faut pour 4 personnes.

Publié le 21 août 2021 sur HomeAwayThe location is well situated, not far from the Port, the Bars and the restaurants, nevertheless, we do not recommand this appartment if you have young children. The swiming Pool was not clean everyday, the balcony/Veranda is not usable, as it is very hot to stay there, and the garage is realy difficult to use, especially if you have a familly car.

The location is ideal for a short walk to all the bars and restaurants which I hope you enjoyed.
We have never had a problem with the naya nor have any of our guests. There are full opening sliding doors allowing the breeze in and a ceiling fan for warmer days and evenings, but possibly with very tiny children in August, which is the hottest month in Spain, it would not be ideal and perhaps a villa would have been more suitable for your needs as we realise tiny tots need space to run round and play.
The pool at the complex is cleaned regularly and always been crystal clear. Naturally due to the strong winds which we do get occasionally, there will always be leaves blown into the pool throughout the day.
We are one of the only apartments in the complex with a garage which is secure and not just a parking space. I’m sorry you had difficulty, but again we have never had a problem with our large family car. It is also safe and secure for those guests wishing to hire bikes as the garage door can be locked.

Apto ESPECTACULAR

Un 10. La comunicacion con la propietaria, de habla inglesa, muy floja, solo Ingles, pero el contacto en Javea una maravillosa chica que nos ayudo un monton

Time to wind down
Publié le 9 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayAbsolutely perfect , could not say anything bad about this apartment. Very clean tidy with everything you could need for a relaxing holiday .
We were met by one of the most helpful young lady ( Gosia ) who showed us around the apartment and answered any questions we had.
Only thing that could slightly improve this apartment is a couple of overhanging branches to give you a complete view of the sea . Will be returning next year .

I’m pleased Gosia was able to answer any questions you had. She really is a lovely young young lady.

Een heerlijk appartement
Publié le 30 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayHet appartement is prima, goed verzorgd en ruim genoeg voor twee personen (en een logé). Prettige en rustige buurt en op loopafstand van de zee/boulevard met veel terrasjes en restaurants. Alle apparatuur ook prima. Verwarming (in februari) heel prettig. Het enige dat we misten was een koffiezetapparaat. We komen graag nog eens terug.

If you book again for a long stay I will look into getting a you a coffee machine!
