Dear guest, First of all, I am sorry that my holiday apartment did not meet your expectations. However, I would like to address a few points: 1. Parking situation: If you arrive in high season, I unfortunately cannot guarantee you a parking space. The private parking space at the house, which is only accessible to residents and for which you have been given a key, is only an additional option - as I also mentioned in the cover letter. 2. Missing pillows: Each bed had a pillow (as in the photo in the ad). If you had wanted a second pillow per person, you could have told the contact person on site and you would have received more pillows. Instead of the ceiling light in the bedroom, there is a bedside lamp and the ceiling fan can be operated both from the entrance to the bedroom and from the switch on the bed and works perfectly. Cleaning products are kept in the pantry, only the detergent is placed on the washing machine so that it is visible to guests who may want to do laundry. Nobody has ever complained about the towels either, they are just normal towels that are changed regularly. The microwave, kettle and coffee machine are on the edge of the open kitchen to the living room, as can be seen in the pictures. I regred that you never said anything and gave the contact person the impression that you were satisfied. It is actually not a luxury apartment, but a holiday apartment in a central location that serves its purpose and that other guests rated it 10/10 (and only once 8/10). I am therefore sorry that you have formed the wrong impression, although the pictures actually show the apartment and the furnishings. I wish you all the best!
