89 Toscamar is 1st floor 2 bedroom furnished apartment which is located within a lovely, controlled access residential urbanization, offering perfect holiday accommodation for between 2 and 4 people with separate bedroom, living room, kitchen, dining area, full bathroom with shower and furnished terrace. The Toscamar site has a reception area, restaurant, bar/cafeteria, secure parking, 2 swimming pools, adult plus children's with a life guard on site for July & August. In addition there are tennis courts, a diving club and racquet ball. There is regular public transport from near the site to and from Jávea beach, the port and the old town. Jávea beach is about a 15 minute walk. The apartment has an enclosed terrace, lounge/sitting room, kitchen, bathroom (bath+shower) 1st bedroom (double bed) 2nd bedroom (either 1 or 2 singles). Please ask if you would like a children's cot provided. The whole apartment is a non-smoking area. English & Spanish TV provided (over 70 stations). Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment and also adjacent to the site reception area. The bathroom has a bath with shower, toilet, washbasin and hair-dryer. The 1st bedroom has double bed, the 2nd bedroom can be made up with either 1 or 2 single beds as required. All bed linen and towels are provided, however, we do ask that you provide your own beach towels for use at the pool or beach. Toscamar is quiet and tranquil, yet not too far from lively bars and restaurants. Apartment 89 is on the first floor, however, there is no lift so it would not be suitable for wheelchair users or those who have difficulty with a flight of steps.The exclusive apartment complex is surrounded by mature well-tended gardens and a large swimming pool. The pool area has loungers available for relaxation. Most of the apartments in this complex are privately owned and the ambiance is one of tranquility. The apartments are ideal for a those wanting peace and quiet and relaxation, yet just a few minutes away one can enjoy a variety of pleasant restaurants overlooking the sea with an exciting night-life of bars and restaurants in the centre of Jávea. Within a 5 minute drive or bus ride you will find a selection of super restaurants with tables overlooking the bay, serving local and international dishes, as well as friendly bars. Toscamar is situated on the south Side of Javea it is approximately 1 hour 15 mins from Alicante and 1 hour 25 mins from Valencia airports and can be easily reached by car or bus. Transfers can also be arranged on request. It's a great part of Spain to visit and we would love to welcome you to 89 Toscamar!

My boys and i had a wonderful stay at this Apartment. Simon was friendly, gave clear instructions and communicated well. The place was clean , tidy and easy to assess. We appreciate the small touches like bread, butter , cooking oil, salt , and the bottle of wine.

Lovely well equipped and cosy base, Simon the owner was very responsive and helpful, great location to explore the beautiful old Town of Javea and L’Arenal. The Apartment is perfect, enjoyed the pool would recommend the local area, I sampled Indonesian Fusion restaurant and La Refineria both on the doorstep,very friendly tasty food and drinks. I used as a base for MTB Alicante Touren tours great trips and scenery.

Muy cómodo y tranquilo

Todo sencillo y accesible, sin lujos pero muy cómodo. Lugares preciosos a tiro de piedra. A jávea llegas en 7min en coche. La casa cómoda y agradable. El complejo es hiper tranquilo (todo guiris jubilados cuando estuvimos a final de septiembre). Chino bazar gigante pegado al complejo (muy útil) y un supermercado un poco más allá. Calas preciosas a 10min andando. El dueño muy agradable y contestaba a todas nuestras dudas rápidamente. Muy recomendable

Javea Stay

Apartment was located in a beautiful little gated community with a communal swimming pool for adults and separate swimming pool for children which was perfect. Sun loungers and umbrellas located around the pool which was lovely. Private tennis courts and a 5 minute drive to the Consum and to Arenal beach. 5 minute walk to local beach to watch the sunset. Apartment is nice and spacious lots of sunlight and close to car parking.

Hola Simon, hemos pasado unos dias muy bonitos. Gracias por el detalle de la bienvenida. Comentarte que la valoracion baja de la limpieza es debida a que tanto los ventiladores del techo como los cristales de toda la casa necesitan una gran limpieza. Por otro lado comentar tambien que es mucho mas practica una ducha que la bañera. Por lo demas decirte que que el resto de la casa es comodo y espero repetir el proximo año. Recibe un cordial saludo

El alojamiento está bien. Un poco pequeño si sois un grupo superior a cuatro personas. La casa está renovada pero a medias. La zona y urbanización es como un club de vacaciones con pistas de tenis, piscina muy grande y un bar-restaurante muy agradable. A cinco minutos andando de Cala Blanca.

we had to book at relatively short notice & Simon was great at facilitating prior to arrival. On arrival, everything was fine, slight hitch the following morning which was quickly corrected, overall it was a really pleasant stay and would be happy to rebook.
