All the mattresses and bed pillows are memory foam based for the perfect combination of comfort after a long day. In addition there is custom designed bedding for that grand resort feel all in the private space of this Adirondack vacation destination.
The Loj offers 400 MB high speed internet since Cellular service is inconsistent in the house however, wifi calling will provide all your service needs. Through our ISP Spectrum we offer a cable subscription on the Apple TV streaming app with and upgraded Sports Package including ESPN channels and exclusive conference networks.

**Ausable Acres** the community in which this home resounds has access to public pathways off the famous Ausable river known for fly fishing and its trout runs, Lake Eaton for Kayaking and leisure fishing, Tennis courts and trails for hiking just steps out the back door.
*Ausable: 3 miles~ several eateries, restored vintage bowling alley, movie theatre, nightlife with live music on select nights, small grocery store and a liquor store.
*Wilmington: 5 miles ~to eateries, fly fishing stores, Adirondack chocolates main location, Santas Workshop theme park, Whiteface veteran memorial highway, and more.
*Whiteface Mountain Ski Resort~ 11 miles

Noted for liability purposes: The nest aware system we have in place is for pool and hot tub safety, it is a home alert device that will chime any time one of the exterior doors are opened on the first floor. This device is located in the kitchen mounted to the fridge.
Guest access
The whole cabin is available to guests minus a few areas that are locked off for owner use, such as a storage room in the basement and the garage.
Other things to note
This cabin is in a residential community and although very wooded and private there is a noise ordinance in place after 9pm. Guests are encouraged to enjoy the lavish amenities however, please be respectful of our surrounding neighbors.
During the winter months the inground pool will be fitted with a security cover and although it is able to withstand body weight in the event someone falls on it should not be used as a platform. Please stay off the security cover when pool is not operational.
During the summer months the fireplace is turned off due to residual heat from the pilot. It is not available for guest use.
There are nest cameras onsite to monitor the driveway, walkways to entry doors, and pool gates ensuring service members have been to the property and home is ready for our arriving guests. The pool gates are on recorded cameras to ensure we do not have any surprise visitors access the pool area. None of the cameras infringe on guest privacy it is simply for insurance and liability purposes.
**Additional Rules and Release of onsite Amenities**
1- ALL children under 16 must have parental supervision during use of pool, hot tub and basement sauna.
2- No food or drink in Hot tub or pool, if either is found to be tainted and grossly unclean after a guest stay from misuse guests will be charged a 250.00 drain and chemical restore of the hot tub, or 500.00 saltwater pool cleaning.
3- No glass allowed on pool deck only plastic cups and stainless steel plates which are provided by the host.
4- All doors leading to pool deck must remain closed at all times along with the two entry/exit fence gates. Nest door chimes are on all doors to provide awareness to all guests doors are being opened. Nest Unit is on kitchen counter should remain plugged in.
5- Host claims no refunds or guarantees of any onsite amenities in the event of mechanical failure or events related to acts of God. Repairs will be made to the best of the abilities with local service companies.
Use of any on site amenities is up to the sole discretion of the renter and renters party. Renting party agrees to a hold harmless in the event of any incidents or accidents occurring; resulting in harm or death.
Liability signs are posted and use of amenities should be used in conjunction to the stated warnings of those signs.
