Questionable practices
Posted Dec. 8, 2021 on HotelsThis stay was most disappointing - the reception service is so slow and outrageously they literally took a large deposit from my account (i had already provided numerous credit cards and had paid for my room in advance) and then on check out they said they would transfer my money back into my account 7-10 days later - for which I had to chase up international banking details (IBAN etc) at a time when I was checking out and with a taxi outside and late for a plane. Not happy!
