Publié le 10 mars 2024 sur HotelsWe made over reservations through hotel.com for the reviews it had good rating and pictures of the reality was different.... Room was dirty had this weird smell. Poor air quality in room. The carpet was dirty. Had mold in the bathroom... Dust over the counter and chair. Tap and bidet had a leak and the toilet was loose... The room had no towels in the room upon arrival at 12 AM... As they were not prepared for us... It is not family friendly.... And smoke smell is all over the floors.... Breakfast was horrible... We ended up eating outside...

Internet: quite stable
Bfast: pretty good spread
Location: laundry, barber n eateries walkable
However my room was infested with insects, after a while didnt let it bother but everyday they are there esp toilet

Bathroom roof and shower door was damaged. Lobby carpet & doors paint was dirty, A.C. control buttons were damaged. Beds & pillows were clean.
