Air condition was not working i complain 4 time in two days but after asked for chang the room .despointssd

is this a real RAMADA hotel!?

first day the room has not been cleaned at all second day at 8 pm the room was not cleaned yet although I pressed the cleaning button in the morning before leaving the hotel. after informing the reception, the staff went to clean the room but they only prepared the bed ignoring all the other minimal cleaning procedure ( also the bins were not emptied) !
