Amazing hotel

We had a great stay here. The hotel looks amazing, we were shocked when we entered on how amazing it looked. The customer service and the staff were amazing. We are bumped up to a nicer room even though we checked in quite late. Will definitely be back!

Awful experience

The Lady at the reception wasn't able to understand me, her English was not that good. I asked for a quit room and I got one directly on the main street, it was awful. I went down again and asked for another room, got one on the 7th floor but again on the main street. I could not sleep. The biggest disaster was that I forgot my IWatch in the first room and I could not get it back. I trucked the watch trough " where is" and it showed that the watch is in the hotel. I tried many time to call the hotel and at the end managed to talk to someone who denied to find any watch in the room. I had the all evidences but he showed no interest to help me getting back the watch . It was awful experience.

Buona struttura in linea con il prezzo richiesto

Albergo moderno, elegante, stanze grandi e bagni nuovi. Ristorante non adeguato. Lamento il fatto che essendo cliente Hotels.com gold con accesso VIP avrei dovuto usufruire di un credito di 50 SAR a camera su consumazione cibo che mi è stato negato. Pertanto vorrei che Hotels.com non offrisse benefits che poi non vengono rispettati.
