Nice. Upper room is small. Can only really sleep 4 people in the luna room. Not 5 as indicated in their luna room listing.
The lunch buffet is worth it!

The beautiful environment of the hotel area, stylish interior design of the room excellent.
It is a good place for chilling and spending the weekend.
However, communicatikn and professionalism have be a problem before and during my stay.
Has been sending messages and emails ot the hotel through Expedia and other ways, yet, no replies were received at all. At the end Expedia helped me to call the hotel to get some answers. I guess it is because staff are quite fresh.
Lastly, the housekeeping is not doing a very good job. The service overall doesn't match with the hotel standard I think.

방 곳곳에 디테일이 살아있습니다. 숙박하는 내내 편안함을 느꼈고 직원분들도 정말 친절해요. 궁금한 것이나 필요한 것이 있으면 바로바로 해결해주셨습니다. 숙소 분의기는 마치 외국에 살기 좋은 마을에 개인주택이 모여있는 듯한 느낌이 들었어요.

Property was beautiful, however the second floor of the room was definitely not adult friendly. There were too many hazards and toilets are not as functional. Having said that, the resort exceeded our expectations in various ways.
