Property has no consistent hot water running to 4th and 5th floor. Water will be luke warm and then ice cold. Property was fully booked and staff was not able to resolve this issue. Another room booked on the 3rd floor was fine. When I ask the hotel to reimburse fee for one room, they declined although the basic needs of the room was not met. Would not recommend this hotel as there’s a good chance you may not be able to take a shower. Save your money as there are plenty other options available.

As you said, there were no rooms of the same type available on that day, so we opened a different type of room and tried to help you change the room the next day. We also raised the water temperature a little higher, but we were not able to satisfy you, so we are truly sorry. We at Amber Hotel will actively reflect your comments and improve the areas you mentioned. Please also understand that if you request a refund after you have checked out, a refund will not be provided.We would like to once again apologize for the inconvenience caused to our customers due to insufficient service, and we are very sorry that our Amber Hotel did not leave you with satisfactory memories.Amber Hotel will reflect your opinions and always provide the best service and sincerity.thank you.

In Jeju city very close to airport. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were not very friendly (no smile or even acknowledgement from reception staff), and also could not speak English. Breakfast buffet provided but nearly all Korean with little vegetarian options apart from the bread.

Very convenient at Jeju dt. Great location, near to the lotte duty free mall, and multiple choices for public transportation, easy to go to everywhere.
