The property was great the staff was great we had great time at the hotel it was the booking part that was horrendous but like I said the people at the hotel were very good the best would recommend this facility to anybody

Requested an early check-in the day prior, was told I was good to go. Showed up at the property and the associate was very rude and told me I couldn’t check in early. Very disappointed overall and will never stay at this hotel again.

Not impressed at all. “Kitchen” includes sink and fridge… not a full kitchen. Room was dated, lights didn’t work, dirty linens when we checked in.

Family Jekyll trip
Publié le 3 août 2024 sur HotelsOverall it was OK. Comfortable and clean. They did not have the option to rent chairs and umbrellas from the hotel but did have a card to someone that does rent them. They only had one person at the front desk so if you called and needed something you had to either wait a looooonnnnggg time or go down and pick it up yourself. Breakfast was ust OK not great. They only had a 5 person golfcart to take you where ever you wanted to go so it wasn't good for our family of 7. Whatever you do dont' forget to turn in your towel card when you check out. Otherwise they charge you $50
