The only reason that it didn’t receive 5 stars in every category was the construction on our floor. Without that all fives.

The rooms cost so much and not very up to date and then They charge you more fees on top of that. There were leaks in the ceilings and stains on the carpets. When I first got there they gave me the wrong room and I had to go back down to get it fixed. I will never stay here again. There was a nice hotel down the way that did not cost as much and it comes with breakfast.

I apologize for the construction due to the renovations and that your stay was less than the standards we strive for at the Westin JI. I do hope you give us another chance in the future after we have renovated to change your mind. I hope you have a lovely day!

The Westin is located at the beach and shopping is there also. Very walkable and pleasant
