We checked into this hotel for one night while traveling. First, the employee at the front desk was playing on his tablet trying to make a password work while I waited for him to wait on me. I asked if he needed something from me and he said no and continued to mess around with his tablet. Then, we were assigned a room relatively close to an area of the building that appeared to have been struck by a car and was boarded up. Next, we could only get scalding hot water from the sink and cold water from the shower. I tried for the entirety of my shower and even had my husband try to get hot water from the shower. Last, I noticed a dirty towel hanging on the back of the door. Also the wash clothes were dingy and stained. I did not recommend my husband or children use the shower facilities in our rooms. There was a fee for our 2 dogs which was $20 each, but I was charged $45.70, so not sure why there would be tax or an additional service fee applied to a pet surcharge. I would NOT recommend this hotel at all!

The check in area smelled heavily of insecticide. The room was ok, however one side of the bed had a stain on the sheet. The complimentary breakfast area was not accessible by my room key. I did not have time to find someone to allow me to get in. Left before 9 AM.

I didn't stay I didn't feel safe. Broken windows the pool didn't work. The place made me as a woman traveling alone not feeling safe.

Needs some general maintenance. Peeling paint on bathroom door, dirty carpet.
