We got there before 10:00 pm. Door was locked, lights out. We knocked and banged on the doors. No one would answer the phone. Several other families showed up and none of us got the room we paid for. Have to drive to Ocala and paid $230 for a room. I better get my money back or we will sue. Everyone else said the same. Fraudulent

Short on towels was told there was a refrigerator & microwave in the room it did not have either one !!

Clean room for price
Publié le 7 sept. 2024 sur HotelsRoom was renovated, clean big screen tv beds were firm but good. Clean room for price point. Already dinged up, need touchup, toilet ran. Shower needs work.
Ive stayed in much worse, so for price i was happy. They still need to work on outside of buildingand parking area. Wifi could be faster with better connection. No coffee in room, office closed in morning, so no coffee there too. I understood new management as of two months ago. So work in progress. Not a lot of guests so it was quiet to get some rest.
They do allow animals.
