Great spot for the family

Exactly as described
Posted Jul. 17, 2023 on HomeAwayWe spent our mornings drinking coffee on the peaceful, breezy porch. We walked to the beach in the afternoons and then relaxed at the quiet (and usually vacant) community pool. No dogs barking, no traffic - just a beautiful beach house to relax in. A perfect vacation. Very Relaxing
Posted May 24, 2023 on HomeAwayMy wife and I stayed for a short getaway (3 nights). The property was immaculate, well thought-out for a "close to the beach" property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Check-in was perfect, no issues.
House / Community rules are well documented and easy to follow.
Plenty of towels / bedding supplied.
Well-stocked Kitchen (pots/pans/bowls/plates/cups/mugs/utensils).
10/10, would stay again.

Sandpiper house
Posted Jan. 1, 2023 on HomeAwayOur stay was very good here. Entrance/check in was very easy and communication was spot on. Deserie and Shannon were so fast to respond to any questions we had. Very clean and great location.

Winter sun
Posted Nov. 25, 2022 on HomeAwayGood throughout. Well equipped kitchen, good social space and storage in the bedrooms. The managers were very helpful and gave good advice when hurricane Nicole came by. We'd certainly stay again if on the east side of Florida.

Beautiful and more than expected
Posted Oct. 1, 2022 on HomeAwayMy husband and I celebrated our honeymoon here. Place is beautiful and more room than I expected. Absolutely stunning. Desiree and her team were very communicative during Hurricane Ian to let us know that they would be coming over to secure the property to prevent any possible storm damage. The property is so close to many beaches. Great price for an awesome place. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!!
