Réservation pour 3 personnes, nous avons dû préparer le sofa et notamment aller à la lingerie chercher le nécessaire ainsi que le linge de toilette…
Pas de wifi durant tout le séjour !!!
Les clients rapportent de la nourriture dans leur chambre donc ne soyez pas étonnés de voir des poubelles débordantes à chaque étage et fatalement des pièges à rats !!!
Le personnel n’est pas désagréable….mais il ne faut pas trop en demander…
L’emplacement est top : navette pour rejoindre Manhattan ou autre toutes les 10 min , restaurants de proximité ….

Séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel moderne, propre, et calme.
Facilité de transport en bus vers Manhattan car l'arrêt de bus est en face de l'hôtel. Le personnel accueillant, souriant répond facilement aux questions.

The location of this hotel was convenient .
However, for the following reasons, I would reconsider many times before booking again this hotel:
- the wifi wasn’t working and I had to buy extra data to be able to use my phone since it was a work trip and absolutely needed internet!
- the room wasn’t cleaned everyday!
- the soundproofing was terrible; we were listening to our neighbors conversations and the tv was on all night we couldn’t sleep all night !
- the coffee machine was out of order for 4 days out of 5!
I would appreciate a compensation for all the things promised in this hotel that I unfortunately didn’t get.

Beaucoup de restaurants autour
Bon déjeuner mais il manque d'espace pour manger. Personnel super sympathique
