Good place to go but don't expect service
Publié le 29 oct. 2019 sur HotelsWe get a change to Marbella appart instead C. Columbus . Appart was OK , but no bed sheet for the 2nd bed . View was splendid especially at 39 th stair with view on Manhattan! If we would have to do it again ...we would do it again !!

Mixed reviews regarding our recent stay

- the location: very close from a PATH station (2 stations from the World Trade Center) and two blocks away from the landscape with a fantastic view of Manhattan
- on-site parking (expensive though - $28 per day)
- pool and barbecue area (note that you must reserve one with the management and it gets full quickly)
The apartment was fairly clean, but is minimally equiped. It would be fine if some kitchenware items weren't broken... Also the leg of one of the table stools was also missing a screw, which made it risky to sit on it. It seems like the apartments owned by the rental company (Jersey City Stays) are not closely taken care of. On top of it all they omitted to leave us the magnetic key for the pool and barbecue area, but luckily the gentleman at the front desk was kind enough to give us one. On the other hand the wifi connection, the air conditionning and the shower did work very well. In brief this is a fine place to stay if you do not expect to spend much time in the apartment, but because of its great location and reasonnable price I would still recommend.

The window screen was loose and very noisy! The towels are thin and grayish, was there for 4 days, coffee is for one day. Not worth the money. Also, it wasn’t clear if parking is free which is important for my stay. I paid 28 dollars more per day. Overall, not worth the money I paid for my stay

We had selected a property that was literally across the street from our sons home. We were moved to a different property that was seven blocks away at the last minute. Had I known that was a possibility I would not have made the booking.
Additionally, everything about the apartment was shabby. Linens, bedding, and towels were clean but thin and worn, and several pieces were stained. I had to take the trash with me when I left! Why? Weren’t they going to send someone in to clean the unit?
I would not recommend this property to anyone.

there were paint markings on the wall, the bed was extremely worn out. Will not be staying there again

Great location. Great amenities! The unit faces a garage and other building that is going under construction, therefore, they started to work at 7 am.

The propertiy is not in it's best condition. Kitchen infrastructure is old and the kitchen itself not very well equiped. Floor in the bathroom needs renovation as the floor plates are not fixed

It is clean, nice size and really nice to have the washer and dryer as well as full size refrigerator, stove and microwave. The location is perfect, close to Newark Airport, Path train and Manhattan.
I recommend taking a white noise maker to drown out street noise, although it isn't too bad.
Management needs to provide more towels and trash bags.

昼前に部屋番号のメールが届いきましたが、前日に送ってくれたほうがいいと思います。
部屋の階数も記載してくれたほうがいいです。迷いました。浴室のドアが壊れていて、テレビがつかなかった。
