It was pretty good, just a few minor things they could improve on to make the stay nicer. I would have preferred to know that the rooms were adjoining and if there was an option to not have an adjoining room. Also the included breakfast is a little subpar. They could do a little better with this.On the good side, the room was clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable, fresh clean towels and a nice clean bathroom made the overall stay comfortable. My final note as a fellow hospitality worker is to prioritise the guests in front of you and not the phone, but this is a personal preference and how I was trained in London UK, so maybe the US does it differently. The staff is friendly and make you feel welcomed.

Hôtel correcte, bien situé, un bus qui vous emmène directe à Time square en 30 minutes, mais vous payer chaque aller et a chaque retour , y a pas d’abonnement, et ce n’est pas compris dans la metrocard, La femme de ménage faisait pas son travail correctement, 2 fois elle ne touchai pas le sol, elle le laisse comme il est , elle faisait juste le lit

Very convenient, just across the street from bus stop straight to NYC. Breakfast area is small and not many choices. Room is clean. Only 2 elevators in the hotel so it took forever during the morning time, take the stairs if possible.
