out side balcony/ garden was neglected and not clean,out side table and chairs was in bad condition..
the place have good potencial,just need to take care of it.

We have a bad week at the time (out of a tough year) due to being extremely busy and with not enough working staff.
This has changed and we managed to sort out both the reception system such as receiving a sms and getting a contact person, plus we were able to make extra effort to clean and sort other maintenance problems you describe.

Nice stay
Posted Feb. 9, 2021 on HotelsStunning location, although not the simplest to find. Beautiful views. Breakfast was lovely. Suites are different, so make sure about sleeping arrangements. Large bath was nice for the kids. Helpful friendly staff.

We loved the setting and the fact that you can walk around and pick fruit straight off the organic trees. The breakfast was sensational and so was the check-in process.
I think a little more attention to detail within the room would have gone a long way and the constant hubub of traffic for the nearby highway was annoying when you sat outside (inside was completely quiet).
Worthwhile but maybe with the price, we expected to get a little more bang for our buck.
