Amazing view's!

Loved sitting on the porch in the morning and enjoying coffee and the ducks floating by. Also the amazing sunsets were wonderful!

Poison Ivy
Publié le 18 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWhile the house was great, there were no mosquitoes and the owners responded quickly to most issues that we had, there was a massive amount of poison ivy growing among the english ivy going from the parking area, down both sides and through the steps and on two sides of the first yard terrace (there were 3 or 4 levels - we didn't go any further than the first level). Unfortunately, we didn't notice the poison ivy until we were walking back UP the steps. I am highly allergic. Husband put a plastic bag over his arm and pulled what was growing through the steps so we could safely traverse back and forth to the car, and we parked facing in rather than backing in, but we didn't use the yard, kayaks or lake at all because we weren't sure if there was more. I will be on steroids for the next two weeks. Not the ending to a vacation weekend that I was looking for.

Lovely and comfortable

Charming house with amazing views - we really appreciated the screened-in deck so we could spend time outaide without worry about bugs. The king sized bed in the loft was incredibly comfortable! Very easy to make ourselves feel at home.

Great Trip - Would Stay Again

From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The lake house was equipped with everything one could possibly need for a memorable stay. The fully stocked kitchen allowed us to cook delicious meals while enjoying the view, and the outdoor deck and patio were ideal for sipping coffee in the crisp morning air or sharing a glass of wine as the sun set over the lake. The provided kayaks allowed for fun and exploration on the water, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to the experience. Would definitely stay again
