酒店大堂接待員工不夠主動,並未有提及有否包早餐,也沒有告訴我們早餐在那裡吃。訂兩間房,兩間房不同楼層,感覺並沒有预先安排,只是臨時安排房間入住。另問大堂門口員工去火車站需時多久,也只是含糊回答。整體服務真的一般。

Room is large but mattress is too soft and the two pillows are hard as a wooden board. Asked for softer pillow, hotel had none . Stay two nights, on the second day, they only gave 1 bath towel when asked for another towel, room maid insisted on coming into room to check. Anyway their towel smelt of cigarette smoke.

Very Comfortable Hotel Centrally Located

We stayed in this hotel, probably the best in Jilin City, for a total of 9 days of which 2 days were through Hotels.Com reservation. Overall our stay was excellent. The rooms were nice and the beds comfortable. The room service, maintenance, laundry service were all very satisfactory. he communication was a bit of a problem, but we did manage. The massage service was excellent. The buffet breakfast was quite filling. The only complaint we have is about guests not following "No Smoking" rule. They were found to be smoking in non-smoking rooms. The heating of the room could not be adjusted so we had to keep one window open to let the cold air come in. The hotel is located in a very centrally located area. For 2 nights we had a chance to eat in the Korean Restaurant located inside the hotel: Food and service both were excellent!

The hotel is beautiful. It has an amazing breakfast spread with delicious food. The front desk staff were very helpful - at least one person spoke English any time I had a question. I'm a light sleeper, and the room doors slammed loudly. Next time I'll bring earplugs.

Room nice, breakfast was ok, but the “food order delivery” was very bad: I order fly fresh small yellow fish, they given me canned anchovies to cheat me. I’ll never back there again.

객실도 깨끗하게 정리되여있고 모든것이 좋아야 다만 객실문앞에서 아침일찍 문밖소음이 너무 심

객실도 깨끗하고 모든것이 좋아요 매일 객실 청소후에 조그마한 과일선물 감동입니다 다만 객실문앞에서 아침 일찍부터 소음이 너무 심해요
