Large yellowish marking on the bedsheet which could have been a pee stain. Did not smell so maybe an old one. When I noticed it before going to bed and called the reception, all they could offer was to replace it the next morning. Had to sleep on the duvet. Uncomfortable stay and I hope it won’t happen again to others.

The stains are not pee stains or any stains This is a stain that occurs when the sheet has been washed repeatedly due to the use of detergent. However, we are still restoring our sheets and duvets even better. so that no other guest has to worry about this. Once again we apologize for any inconvenience. have a nice day

The apartment is gorgeous. I stayed at both the main hotel and this apartment at the resort and have to say that I prefer this one. The staff is also amazing!

Terrible communication with management. Started off with miscommunication between shuttle service and management - ended up waiting at airport over an hour, and driver had been there over 2 hours since he was not informed we came in on domestic flight. Difficult to get services needed throughout stay, but individual staff went above and beyond to accommodate us,while other times, never got a response or resolution. Expedia is to blame for much of the communication issue - it would have been easier to have direct contact with property management than go through the Expedia platform. Never had this issue with the other web services.

아야나리조트는 뮤리아리조트보다 못하다. 하지만 아야나 레지던스는 훌륭하다. 개방감 높은 풀빌라. 문제는 도보로 걸어다닐곳이 없다. 이곳에 머무는 사람들은 풀빌라와 고요함의 휴식을 즐기고. 주변에있는 발레리안hub의 이벤트를 반듯이 즐겨라.
