Publié le 4 déc. 2017 sur ExpediaPremière chambre, aor climatisée ne fonctionnait pas, demandé de réparer. Lorsque de retour à la chambre, air climatisé ne fonctionnait toujours pas. Pour diminuer la chaleur, ils avaient ouvert la fenêtre pour corriger la situation... au 31ème étage!!! Retourné demander de réparer, on m’a offert un upgrade de chambre gratuit. Arrivé dans la nouvelle chambre, avec toilette « automatique « ... L’ai climatisé ne fonctionnait toujours pas mais la chaleur était supportable pour moi Autour de 25 ou 26 degrés celsius ). Le personnel de la réception et du restaurant du 49 eme etage est très serviable par contre. La mauvaise note est dû à l’air climatisé

Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Very quiet environment with some nice views over the mountain or the city.
Helpful staff with good English.
The rooftop restaurant is to be experimented wether for breakfast or diner.

This hotel has exceptional high level services. Best location, everything is nearby and walkable.they have best view to all the interest place. They have a silver sky restaurant at 49 floors, rotated restaurant to see all the view!

Publié le 3 juin 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel itself is clean and spacious. However, the room got so hot as the AC doesn’t go lower than 22C, so sleeping was difficult even with the fan they provided to help. Over all great location. The bar is no good but the top floor buffet restaurant was decent.

Very convenient location. Hotel was old… facilities old. Room was. Wry smell for two beds. Very small beds too.
