Good hotel, service so so
Publié le 8 sept. 2019 sur HotelsGood hotel as usual, staff was not ok this time, they gave me another room but forget to put any fruits or cookies in ( business room always has this), I let the manager knows but nothing was done.
I also asked a breakfast in a bag cause very early departure on the day after, manager said ok, but nothing was prepare on the next morning.
a little bit disappointed.

Contre : Insonorisation, pratique de l'Anglais
Emplacement : Centre ville
Entre la journée où il y a des travaux qui résonnent dans la chambre dès 8h et le boum boum de la boite de nuit qui se situe juste en face difficile de se reposer.
Sinon, propreté, amabilité et disponibilité du personnel ok
Difficile de se faire comprendre car très peu parlent Anglais, y compris au business center!
