很棒的一次商務住宿

應該算是金華地區比較好的酒店了,早餐非常的豐富,晚上要找東西吃也非常的方便旁邊就是萬達廣場有很多餐廳可以選擇,枕頭跟寢具非常的舒服,還可以請服務員來開窗戶服務員的態度也都非常得好,總體來說是個很不錯的商務選擇!

The hotel was very nice, very clean and excellent value. As a westerner on a business trip, I want a clean, bright room, smooth check-in and some choices at the breakfast buffet. Wanda Realm delivered on all. My only complaint was that our room was too hot at night (24 degrees) and the AC was turned off for the season, so could not cool down. Hotel staff opened the window on our second night, which helped a little. In fairness, it was 20 degrees outside at the end of December, so very unseasonably warm.

Room service

Room service was lackluster. I ordered a club sandwich and they failed to tell me they were out of chicken. Instead they sent me the sandwich with everything but the chicken. When I complained to the front desk, their solution was to refund less than half the cost of the meal. I did not eat the sandwich and it was not what I ordered so they should have refunded 100%.The language barrier was the problem and why I gave up.
