Decepção

Fiquei decepcionada pois reservei um hotel 4 estrelas, mas está aquém dessa qualificação. O quarto não estava muito limpo, coisas esquecidas do hóspede anterior, papel no chão. O mobiliário é antigo. Tv antiga . Não recebi a garrafa de vinho cortesia . Aspecto positivo: a localização é ótima.

We place a bottle of wine in all rooms when Expedia notifies us that the guest is their VIP or Premiium VIP. I have just looked at your reservation again and there was no mention of that you are an Expedia VIP or Expedia Premium VIP which is why there was no wine in the room for your stay. The customer service was terrible. The staff at times were very rude & unfriendly.

I would like to sincerely apologize for the negative experience that you had with us and the fact that you had to move to two hotel rooms due to the fact that we do not have twin beds in the apartments.
