My stay was excellent and the lady at reception was very friendly and welcoming, the only suggestion I have is the prking it just need a shelter to protect our cars from the weather conditions.

Not good at all

I paid online as I seen the hotel advertised then while I was done paid,I got an email saying my payment is being approved, I went there by the hotel they told me I never paid though I showed them that after paying I received am email approving my payment they keep on saying we need to confirm While they were busy confirming I don't know where,I was standing at the reception for 2 hours en I was tired I wanted to sleep Advising people not to pay online that ecotel hotel about me,I will never go back to spend my nyt at that hotel
