Everything was lovely, we had lovely time, the children loved the Aqua Dome, however I feel that entry fee for residents should be exempt and not pay for the Aqua Dome, the animal farm was very nice. The Place overall is very nice. The receptionist Fifi was very very helpful. All the staff are respectful and very helpful, the come and clean everyday, which is a nice break for us when on holiday

Other than a so-so shower, absolutely fantastic!

Only thing is the shower is one of these where you can't close it all the way, so the bathroom floor tends to get wet, and the taps are a bit finicky. The shower head is also not great. But other than the shower, really nice, neat, comfortable little chalet, with air con, tv, braai, full kitchen ,wi-fi, and enough to do to keep the family busy for a good 3 nights.

Loads of potential

The bedding and bed were awesome but the walls, decor, furniture all need updating. The aircon is loud and noisy and the hotel should perhaps in solar etc. as the aircon does not work when there is load shedding. A lot of the TV channels did not have sound, and the shower door did not close.
I think for the price you pay, you can expect more.

It’s rare to have get service of such a high standard these days. Staff are highly professional and very friendly ensuring a pleasant experience all round.
