personale molto cordiale e pulizia buona. purtroppo la ns suite con due camere aveva un terribile odore di fogna. cucina accessoriata per essere usata ma senza il necessario per la pulizia piatti etc (in tutti gli hyatt house in cui siamo stati negli USA ci hanno sempre dato kit con pastiglie lavastoglie, detersivo piatti, carta da cucina e strofinacci) aggiungerei appendiabiti alla zona cucina soggiorno e specchio vicino ad una presa per quando si vuole usare il phon visto che in bagno non è possibile usarlo. all’interno della struttura permane un profumo fortissimo che diventa fastidioso dopo poco. possibilità di usare la laundry con lavatrice e asciugatrice gratuita. purtroppo permettono pgm lunghi e pertanto se è un hotel di appoggio alla visita della città non sono utilizzabili se non a tardissima serata a meno che stiate le ore in hotel. parcheggio e sicurezza interna molto valida. colazione buona anche se i croissant non sembravano molto freschi. migliorabile sicuramente. in agosto piscina inutilizzabile perché troppo fredda e poco pulita.

Nos quedamos en el Hyatt House Johannesburg, en una habitación con dos recámaras, y una cocina. Muy limpio, bonito, cómodo, camas cómodas. Buen desayuno, y personal muy amable. Lo recomendamos ampliamente.

Wow the service was excellent. Friendly staff from reception, Ephraim was very friendly and very professional by explaining to us how the hotel operates. Rooms were clean ,atmosphere was very cossy. Our 1st night we enjoyed dinner at the restaurant, breakfast was great.I would prefer to come again for the stay and recommend the hotel. Excellent service
